GENCOM JV

In 2012, AHG led a strategic investment initiative that was successfully converted into a joint-venture with a U.S. based investor – The Gencom Group. Gencom owns, operates and develops prized real estate around the world, with an emphasis on luxury hotels, resorts and branded residential properties; and is also an active owner of and investor in hospitality operating platforms.

The joint venture presently features sizable investment into trophy and landmark luxury hospitality assets within prime global hospitality markets. The joint investment platform created in 2012 also provides further opportunities for growth.
